2001
In April 2001, the former Tengzhou agricultural machinery repair Factory went bankrupt and was reorganized. Tengzhou Weida Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established, and the product structure was transformed into gold cutting machine tools, and the main products were milling and drilling machines.
2004
In 2004, the construction of Shandong Weineng Digital Machine Co., Ltd. was put into use in June 2005.

In 2007, the Hengyuan South Road plant was built and put into use in April 2008.
2009
In October 2009, the construction of Beixin West Road plant was started, and it was put into use in 2012.
