GMC1120/ GMC0916 gantry machining center is one of our self-developed cnc machines.
The machine is a one-piece gantry frame, movable table structure, good rigidity, strong shock absorption, wide processing range, good stability, the machine has milling, boring, drilling (expansion, reaming), tapping thread, countersinking and other processing functions, can be equipped with a variety of accessories milling head, with manual, automatic head change function, can be equipped with the fourth axis CNC turntable, to expand the processing range of the machine, to achieve the machine four-axis linkage processing function, the parts can be clamped at one time to complete the processing of multiple processes at the same time.
The machine structure and technology is mature, quality is stable. - Suitable for large workpiece's precision machining of aerospace, automotive, textile machinery, molds, packaging machinery, mining equipment etc. It can automatically complete multi-process complex processing of milling, drilling, boring, tapping etc.
- Fixed beam structure, vertical orthogonal linear guide beam, integrated gantry frame with good rigidity.
- Heavy duty linear guide ways on X, Y axis, which have High load capacity, high precision, Z-axis is a six-sided hard rail structure, ensuring rigidity of Z-axis feed and high-precision feed retention.
- Taiwan famous brand high speed spindle unit (6000rpm), max. speed 4000rpm, suitable for heavy cutting with low speed.
- The basic parts of the machine are made of high-quality high-strength castings and gantry frame structure. The whole machine has good rigidity, shock resistance and precision retention.
- Balancing cylinders are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the ram for fast Z-axis response.
