HMF2040 Floor type 5-face machining center is one of our self-developed cnc machines.
This machine tool adopts floor-type bed and frame-in-frame spindle box structure, column and slide plate full symmetrical design, good rigidity, not easy to deformation. Equipped with fully automatic differential universal milling head, strong adaptability of processing. Adopting CNC system with full closed-loop control, it has functions of two-speed spindle and automatic tool exchange, etc. It can carry out straight line, oblique line and circular arc interpolation cutting, and complete the machining of milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping, etc. It realizes five-face machining.
