The WBM-11T CNC horizontal milling-boring machine incorporates advanced domestic and international technologies in its structural design and manufacturing processes. Developed using a modular design philosophy and modern design techniques such as finite element analysis and virtual prototype simulation, this high-end CNC machine tool is ideal for multi-process machining of medium-sized parts, including milling, boring/drilling/reaming, tapping, turning surfaces, and turning bores. It enables the completion of multiple operations in a single clamping.
Product Performance
The machine adopts a typical cross-slide layout with a fixed column and a side-mounted spindle headstock. The table moves along the cross-slide and is rotatable, while the boring spindle is telescopic.
The guideways are combining two linear guides and one boxway-surface guide. The X and Z axes use heavy-duty roller linear guides, while the Y axis utilizes a combination of hardened and ground guideways and imported rolling elements.
The spindle headstock is an integrated gearbox, ensuring high rigidity and high torque output.
Multiple machining operations can be completed in a single setup, making it suitable for milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and turning of large parts.
