Vertical machining center is mainly used for machining spare parts with high precision, multi-procedure, complicated shape, such as plate, disk, shell, mould etc. It can complete milling, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping continuously as well as precise machining of slant face, two-dimensional and three-dimensional surface in one single clamping, the process is programmed and batch, production cycle is shorted, thus, the users will obtain good economic benefits.
VMC740 vertical machining center adopts vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed, spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z axis), the saddle moves longitudinally along the bed (Y axis), the table moves crossly along the saddle (X axis).
The large parts all adopt high strength cast iron material, including bed, table, saddle, column, spindle box etc. They are optimized by 3D computer software, reasonable arrangement of stiffened plates and complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, ensuring the machine with sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
