VMC740 vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout: the column is fixed on the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z axis), the saddle moves longitudinally along the bed (Y axis), and the table moves crossly along the saddle (X axis).
All large parts adopt high-strength cast iron material, including the bed, table, saddle, column, and spindle box. They are optimized by 3D computer software, featuring a reasonable arrangement of stiffened plates and a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, ensuring the machine maintains sufficient strength, rigidity, and high stability.
