Product description

The vertical machining center is primarily designed for high-precision, multi-process, and complex-shaped components such as plates, discs, housings, and molds. The VNM855 Vertical Machining Center features a vertical frame structure. The column is firmly mounted on the bed, while the spindle head moves vertically along the column (Z-axis). The saddle travels longitudinally along the bed (Y-axis), and the worktable moves transversely along the saddle (X-axis).

All major components — including the bed, table, saddle, column, and spindle head — are made of high-strength cast iron. Each part is optimized using advanced 3D computer modeling, with a well-designed rib structure and complete heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. This ensures outstanding rigidity, structural stability, and long-term machining accuracy.
