Product Description

The vertical machining center is primarily designed for machining parts that require high precision, multiple operations, and complex shapes, such as plates, discs, housings, and molds. It can perform milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping continuously, and accurately machine inclined surfaces as well as two-dimensional and three-dimensional contours in a single setup. With fully programmable operations suitable for batch production, it significantly shortens the production cycle and delivers excellent economic benefits for users.

The VNM1300 Vertical Machining Center features a vertical frame structure. The column is rigidly mounted on the bed, while the spindle head moves vertically along the column (Z-axis). The saddle travels longitudinally along the bed (Y-axis), and the worktable moves transversely on the saddle (X-axis).

All major components—including the bed, table, saddle, column, and spindle head—are made of high-strength cast iron. Each structural part is optimized using advanced 3D computer-aided design, with a well-engineered rib layout and complete heat treatment process to eliminate internal stress. This ensures the machine’s superior rigidity, strength, and long-term stability, providing reliable performance for high-precision machining applications.
