China VNM860 Vertical Machining Center - Reliable Suppliers & Trusted Factory for Precision Engineering Solutions
Product Description
The vertical machining center is primarily used for machining parts that require high precision, multiple operations, and complex geometries, such as plates, discs, housings, and molds. It can continuously perform milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping, as well as precise machining of inclined surfaces and two- and three-dimensional contours in a single clamping setup. With fully programmable control and suitability for batch production, it significantly shortens the production cycle and provides excellent economic benefits for users.
The VNM860 Vertical Machining Center adopts a vertical frame structure, in which the column is firmly mounted on the bed. The spindle head moves vertically along the column (Z-axis), the saddle travels longitudinally along the bed (Y-axis), and the worktable moves transversely on the saddle (X-axis).
All major structural components — including the bed, table, saddle, column, and spindle head — are made of high-strength cast iron. Each part is optimized through advanced 3D computer design, featuring a well-engineered rib structure and undergoing a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. This ensures the machine delivers superior strength, rigidity, and long-term stability, providing high accuracy and reliability for demanding machining applications.
