CK6140/6150/6163/6180 Horizontal CNC Lathe Machine

CNC lathe is mainly used for machining the outer circle, end face and inner hole of disc parts with complex geometry and high precision. It can also process cylindrical, conical, stepped, spherical and other kinds of revolving surfaces.The machine adopts high quality and high reliability CNC system to control Z axis (longitudinal) and X axis (Transverse);The spindle box adopts gear transmission and three-speed shifting(stepless speed in every shift) , which ensures reliable power output at low speed,at high speed, the spindle has sufficient torque output.The machine adopts vertical type 4-station electric tool post with high positioning and repeat positioning accuracy,the speed of tool exchange is fast and convenient.The machine tool realizes electro mechanical integration and fully enclosed(semi-closed) safety protection cover, which is beautiful in appearance and reasonable in layout. Suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of batch and single-piece production.
