Flexible production line with gantry machining center

The production line includes four processing units,each with the specifications of a GMC3050A gantry machining center. The basic structure is as follows: the worktable moves longitudinally along the hydrostatic guideway on the bed to achieve X-axis feed,the saddle moves transversely along the composite guideway of steel-inserted rolling and sliding on the crossbeam to achieve Y-axis feed;the square ram moves vertically along the roller block on the steel-inserted guideway to achieve Z-axis feed.Under the controlof the CNC system,three-axis linkage can be realized.
