GMC1120/ GMC0916 gantry machining center is one of our self-developed CNC machines.
The machine is a one-piece gantry frame, movable table structure, good rigidity, strong shock absorption, wide processing range, and good stability. The machine features milling, boring, drilling (expansion, reaming), tapping thread, countersinking, and other processing functions. It can be equipped with a variety of accessory milling heads, with manual or automatic head change functions. It can also be equipped with a fourth-axis CNC turntable to expand the processing range and achieve four-axis linkage processing; parts can be clamped once to complete multiple processes simultaneously.
The machine structure and technology are mature, and the quality is stable. It is suitable for various mechanical processing fields, such as automotive, marine, printing, packaging, textile, military, and mold industries. The machine is characterized by high efficiency, high accuracy, and high rigidity, making it an ideal choice for high-efficiency enterprise batch processing.
