GMC40140fm/GMC30100fm/GMC40100fm fixed-beam moving-column gantry machining center is one of the gantry machining center series products independently developed by our company.

The machine tool is of gantry frame structure, the table is fixed, the gantry frame moves, the milling head slide plate moves left and right along the beam guideway, and the milling head ram moves vertically along the slide guideway, realizing three-axis linkage. Fixed beam moving column gantry machining center belongs to the typical tool-moving machine tool, with the advantages of fixed quality of moving parts, relatively unlimited weight of the workpiece, small footprint and so on, which is the mainstream structural form of large machine tools.

The main feature of the machine is the gantry oversized frame, good rigidity, strong shock absorption, large machining range, good stability, good dynamic characteristics.
