VMC400E vertical machining center adopts vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed, spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z axis), the saddle moves longitudinally along the bed (Y axis), the table moves crossly along the saddle (X axis).
The large parts all adopt high strength cast iron material, including bed, table, saddle, column, spindle box etc. They are optimized by 3D computer software, reasonable arrangement of stiffened plates and complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, ensuring the machine with sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
