Product Performance
- The machine bed adopts an integrated casting structure. The X-axis guide rail adopts a stepped structure with a lower front and a higher rear, enhancing the support performance against the axial cutting force of the spindle.
- The column adopts a stable triangular structure, reducing the weight of the moving parts and improving the anti-deformation ability.
- The XY axis adopts an integrated armor protection, which has a good protective effect and is suitable for rapid movement.
- Spindle bearings and main drive system gears are cooled by a high-power oil cooler to reduce thermal deformation of the spindle and ensure the machining accuracy.
- It is applicable to the processing of box-type parts in industries such as machinery, automobiles, ships, textile machinery, printing machinery, and agricultural machinery.

The HMC800E is a dual-station horizontal machining center designed with a positive T structure, which is fully controlled by a CNC system.
It is highly suitable for processing complex box-type parts and structural components in automotive, aerospace, metallurgy, mining, machinery, marine, textile, printing, and agricultural machinery industries.
The travel limits are 1400 mm for the X-axis, 1000 mm for the Y-axis (table forward and backward), and 1100 mm for the Z-axis (slider up and down).
The machine features an 800*800 mm table size and is designed to support a maximum table load of up to 2000 kg.
The standard configuration is equipped with a FANUC Oi MF (3B) CNC controller and a 30-piece arm-type tool magazine.
