The HMC630H Horizontal Machining Center is one of our independently developed high-performance horizontal machining center series.

This model features a dual-station precision design with a three-point support “T”-shaped bed structure, ensuring exceptional rigidity and stability. It is equipped with an advanced CNC system featuring full closed-loop control, and supports automatic table exchange, rotary table indexing, stepless spindle speed adjustment, and automatic tool changing. The machine is capable of performing linear, diagonal, and circular interpolation cutting, completing operations such as milling, boring, drilling, enlarging, reaming, and tapping, while enabling four-axis simultaneous machining.

With a mature structure, proven technology, and stable performance, the HMC630H is ideally suited for processing box-type components and complex-shaped parts across industries such as automotive, aerospace, metallurgy, and mining. It delivers high efficiency, precision, and rigidity, making it an excellent choice for enhancing productivity and machining flexibility—an ideal solution for medium to large batch part production.

Product Performance

- It is suitable for processing spare parts in automobile, ship, metallurgical mine, machine tool manufacture and other industries, especially in box type and complicated parts.

- This machine is a double-palet precision horizontal machining center with a three-point support positive T-bed, fully closed-loop control, automatic table exchange, table automatic indexing , spindle speed stepless change, automatic tool change, etc.

- The machine has high efficiency, high precision, high rigidity, etc. It is a good equipment to improve the efficiency and flexibility of parts processing, and also good for large and medium batch parts processing.
