Wang Liang Innovation Workshop Receives Support from All-China Federation of Trade Unions for Construction.

Recently, the General Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of National Model Worker and Craftsman Innovation workshops to be supported by the federation in 2025. Weida's Wang Liang Innovation Workshop was successfully selected for its solid innovative foundation and outstanding achievements in tackling key challenges. It will receive a one-time subsidy of 100,000 RMB, primarily intended to reward the innovative efforts of the studio members. This recognition has also established the studio as a benchmark model in the city's industrial innovation sector.

Established in 2021 and led by Wang Liang, a National Model Worker and Lu Ban Chief Craftsman, the Wang Liang Innovation Workshop operates under the umbrella of Shandong Weida Precision Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. With strong support from the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Zaozhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the studio has consistently adhered to the spirit of "refining craftsmanship with meticulous dedication and scaling new heights by overcoming challenges." It directly addresses key technological hurdles in the high-end CNC Machine Tool sector, demonstrating the mission and responsibility of craftsmen in the new era through innovation and practical action. Focusing on core technological bottlenecks in high-end CNC Machine Tools, the studio brings together over 20 technical experts, supported by dedicated R&D funding, independent research facilities, and advanced equipment. It has established a closed-loop R&D system of "theoretical simulation—trial production verification—feedback optimization," actively participating in national and provincial major science and technology projects. To date, the workshop has produced 18 innovative achievements, with 12 successfully applied in practice. It has also secured 9 proprietary technologies and received multiple national, ministerial, and provincial awards.

The Wang Liang Innovation Workshop serves not only as a platform for technological breakthroughs but also as a cradle for passing down craftsmanship and nurturing talent. Moving forward, the studio will continue to deepen its expertise in the high-end equipment sector, refining excellence through craftsmanship and driving development through innovation. It aims to contribute further craftsman-driven strength to the high-quality growth of the enterprise, the advancement of the industry, and the economic development of the region.
