At the meeting, Wu Yang delivered a speech, extending a warm welcome on behalf of the Zaozhuang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to the attending leaders and guests. He also introduced the practical achievements Zaozhuang has made in recent years in promoting the transformation of its old industrial base through the "1210" tiered cultivation model for strengthening quality in industrial chains. Wang Rui and Wu Yang jointly unveiled the "Crowdfunding and Sharing" Laboratory for the Tengzhou Machine Tool Industry.

Subsequently, representatives from various municipal bureaus reported on the progress of their respective efforts to strengthen quality in industrial chains and the construction of "one-stop" service platforms for quality infrastructure, sharing innovative approaches and outcomes. The Quality Development Division of the Provincial Bureau provided an interpretation of the "Promotion Plan for the 'Quality Shared Shandong' Provincial-Level Quality Infrastructure 'One-Stop' Service Platform (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)."

Four units—the Tai'an Special Equipment Inspection Institute, the Mengyin County Market Supervision Administration, Inspur Group, and Weichai Power—delivered exemplary speeches on the construction of "one-stop" service platforms, sharing practical experiences in quality innovation, industrial services, and technological breakthroughs. During the exchange and discussion session, participants offered numerous constructive opinions and suggestions on the draft promotion plan.

The meeting emphasized the need to identify three key focal points in advancing quality-driven industrial chain development. First, efforts should be focused on tackling quality-related technological challenges, which are central to enhancing the independent and controllable capabilities of industrial chains. Second, emphasis must be placed on fostering quality coordination across industrial chains, a critical factor in building the competitive advantages of industrial clusters. Third, priority should be given to advancing key projects aimed at strengthening industrial chains. Guided by the principle of "project-based advancement, list-based management, and milestone-driven implementation," these efforts should be carried out thoroughly and effectively.

The meeting emphasized that the overall approach to platform development should be guided by the philosophy of "integrated supervision, efficient coordination, and assisting chains and benefiting enterprises." The goal is to establish a comprehensive, fully functional, and highly efficient quality infrastructure service system that covers all areas. Promoting quality-driven industrial chain development and building an effective "one-stop" platform is a long-term, fundamental, and strategic task that must be prioritized and implemented with determination. It is essential to remain confident, persist with sustained efforts, and strive to deliver tangible results, develop distinctive features, and achieve favorable outcomes, thereby providing robust quality support for the construction of a modern industrial system across the province.
