Zhu Nian, Director of Shandong Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Holds Talks with Wang Liang, Director of Electrical Technology Department

From August 20 to 21, Zhu Nian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Shandong Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, headed a research group for an inspection tour in the city, accompanied by Zhai Jun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee. Wang Xudong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of Shandong Provincial Department of Finance, and Li Shoujiang took part in the activities.

Zhu Nian first visited the Municipal Finance Bureau, where he met with the performance evaluation team for the Two-New-Initiative project on consumer goods trade-in. He listened to briefings on the city’s economic and social development, fiscal operations and implementation of the consumer-goods trade-in policy. He gained detailed insights into policy enforcement and fiscal fund utilization, and put forward requirements on leveraging fiscal functions, improving fund use efficiency, and advancing the delivery of major fiscal and tax policies.

Subsequently, he held talks with Wang Liang,  Deputy and Director of the Electrical Technology Department of Shandong Weida , to solicit opinions and suggestions concerning enterprise production and operation, implementation of fiscal-tax policies, and deputy performance.

During his stay in the city, Zhu Nian and his entourage also carried out Party-building activities at the Railway Guerrilla Memorial Hall. They conducted on-site inspections at the Zaozhuang Pomegranate High-Quality Planting Demonstration Park, the China Pomegranate Culture Expo Park and the Wong Lo Kat Great Health Industrial Park to learn about pomegranate planting, intensive processing and industrial integration, as well as the development of characteristic industries and rural revitalization.
